Job summary

Kia UK is seeking an analytics-focused role based at the Head Office in Walton-on-Thames. You will lead research projects, produce regular reports, and analyse warranty and dealer data to identify trends. The role offers hybrid working with two days remote and opportunities to contribute to service programmes.

The ideal candidate studies a relevant course in business, commerce, or statistics and has a passion for turning data into actionable insights within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage research projects and competitor studies to stay ahead of the market.
• Create and distribute weekly and monthly activity and performance reports.
• Analyse warranty claims monthly and monitor dealer activity for trends.
• Support coordination of warranty audit activity.
• Prepare monthly invoicing files for service programmes.
• Assist the Quality team with new model service data.
• Research service programmes and warranty offerings.
• Provide general support to Service, Quality and field teams.
