Job summary

Kia UK is offering a Finance internship with hands-on experience across financial management and tax. The role involves analysing data, supporting month-end processes, and learning about controls and reporting within Kia UK and Kia Ireland.

You will engage with senior stakeholders and gain insight into revenue, costs, cash flow, and tax compliance in a dynamic automotive environment. Hybrid working and strong mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Studying a relevant degree (e.g. a Finance related subject).
• Able to work effectively within a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing financial and operational data, assisting with month-end reporting processes, reviewing and documenting key finance controls, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Gaining exposure to senior stakeholders, group companies, and external advisers to understand drivers behind revenue, profitability, costs, and cash flow within a leading automotive organisation.
• Support and contribute to the finance function's accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
