Job summary

Kia UK is seeking a 12-month fixed-term sales analytics internship to provide analytical, operational and administrative support within the Sales function. The role offers exposure to sales planning, reporting and cross-functional coordination, working with experienced colleagues to drive accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

Open to recent graduates, the role combines hands-on experiência with a progressive automotive environment in a hybrid setting across the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical capability.
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic IT skills including PowerPoint, Word and Co-Pilot.

Responsibilities

• Dealer Performance & Reporting: maintain dealer visit reporting and track network performance.
• Area Sales Manager Support: track vehicle supply, forecasts and delivery performance.
• Sales Planning & Reporting: support forecasts, plans and performance reporting.
• Data Analysis & Insight: analyze sales data and create dashboards.
• Sales Operations Support: prepare materials for meetings and reviews.
• Process & System Management: improve tools and data accuracy.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: work with field teams on projects.
