Summary / Role Purpose

The Sales Analyst II will compile and analyze sales and market data to guide promotional and sales activities. The ideal candidate can analyze large datasets, project sales trends accurately, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and grow market share.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Compile, analyze, and report sales data
  • Monitor competitive activity, customer, and market trends
  • Provide insights to guide sales and marketing teams
  • Contribute to sales planning and goal setting
  • Evaluate sales performance
  • Forecast demand, revenue, and expenses; explain key business trends
  • Assess sales potential and recommend strategies
  • Collaborate to improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Identify drivers of financial and operational performance
  • Participate in global planning, reporting, and process improvements
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Education/Certification and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field with 3+ years of relevant sales or financial analysis experience, or 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong research and data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, and reporting tools
  • Forecasting and projection skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent prioritization and confidentiality handling
  • Fluent in English and local language
