Job Summary

Our corporate team is recruiting for a Business Analyst II to work remotely and provide a basis for management planning, operating controls, and financial performance appraisal.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE IN THE UK / EU ONLY

The Role

• Plans and conducts complex studies to determine the cost of business activities including NPV and ROI.
• Reviews costs and performs cost-benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs.
• Develops financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
• Interprets financial transactions to aid Sr. Management in making economic or business decisions.
• Supports the execution of strategic planning and forecasting processes.
• Generates monthly/quarterly global functional expense tracking information and segmentation data.
• Extracts KPI data for analysis and creates scorecards/dashboards using data.
• Summarizes analytic and project results into presentations.
• Assists in the analysis of financial data, extracting and defining relevant information; interprets data for understanding past financial performance and projecting financial probabilities.
• Assists with process improvement activities.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in Accounting or related discipline.

Experience: Proven track record of related experience and training. Experience in the Life Science industry is preferred.

Other: Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Working knowledge of SOX requirements. Expert knowledge of Excel is required. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
