Job summary

Cornwall Staff Agency Ltd is seeking two confident Field Sales Agents to promote and sell broadband services to residential customers across Cornwall and Devon.

Ideal candidates have door-to-door sales or similar field sales experience, a valid driving licence, and are comfortable working outdoors year-round. 37.5 hours per week, with a temporary to permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Previous door-to-door sales experience is preferred or similar field sales experience.
• Good knowledge of Cornwall and Devon.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to a reliable car.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently.
• Happy to work outdoors throughout the year in all weather conditions.

Sales Agents Field Based - Broadband

Location: Cornwall & Devon
Salary: £14.00
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Between 10am and 7pm
Contract: Temporary to permanent

We are looking for two confident, motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Agents to promote and sell broadband services to residential customers across Cornwall and Devon.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous door-to-door sales experience or a similar customer-facing field sales background.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach residential customers and promote broadband services.


• Build rapport with customers and confidently explain products.


• Handle objections and work towards sales targets.


• Manage your own daily schedule and activity across different locations.


• Maintain accurate customer records using mobile applications and digital systems.

About You

• Previous door-to-door sales experience is preferred, although similar field sales experience, such as solar PV, will also be considered.


• Good knowledge of Cornwall and Devon.


• Full, valid driving licence and access to a reliable car.


• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently.


• Confident using mobile applications and digital systems.


• Happy to work outdoors throughout the year, involving extensive walking in all weather conditions.


• Available for full-time work (37.5 hours per week). Part-time applications cannot be considered.

Salary and Benefits

• £28,500 per annum after 3 months


• Fuel allowance provided for business travel.


• Potential car allowance once a permanent position is secured, subject to the relevant policy.


• Initial three-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
