Job summary

Cornwall Staff Agency Limited is seeking an experienced Telephone Sales Agent to join a growing team on a hybrid basis, covering Liskeard and home-based work. You will handle inbound enquiries and make outbound sales calls to promote broadband services across Cornwall and Devon.

Three days per week in the Liskeard office (Tuesday–Thursday) with remaining days from home, and rotational shifts between 9am and 7pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in telephone sales or outbound/inbound sales.
• Confident communicator with strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload in a hybrid setup.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Temporary to permanent

• Comfortable using digital systems and CRM software.
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload.

Working Arrangements

• Three days per week in the Liskeard office (Tuesday–Thursday) – essential.
• Remaining working days from home.
• Rotational shifts between 9am and 7pm.
• Later shifts can be worked from home.
• A suitable home-working environment is essential.
• Full-time only; part-time applications cannot be considered.

Salary and Contract

• Initial three-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
• Start date to be confirmed.
