Sales Agent - Outbound

About your role:
The Sales Agent - Outbound role requires knowledge of energy supply contracts and propositions, focusing on collecting and validating customer supply data to produce accurate quotations. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, validating information, and conducting credit checks. Key attributes include delivering excellent sales experiences, strong negotiation skills, and driving growth by matching customer needs to supply propositions.
The role emphasizes customer service, involving outbound calls, managing net promoter scores, and achieving targets such as revenue and gross margin. The agent will diagnose and resolve customer complaints, operate customer information systems accurately, and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling. Strong problem-solving, resilience, negotiation, and commercial thinking are essential. The agent must comply with regulatory requirements, provide sales forecasts, and contribute to process improvements, maintaining high standards of sales activity and customer satisfaction.
