Job summary

Cornwall Staff Agency Ltd in Cornwall and Devon seeks two Field Sales Agents to promote and sell broadband services to residential customers. You will work outdoors, build rapport and meet sales targets across multiple locations.

Applicants should have door-to-door or similar field sales experience, a full driving licence, and good knowledge of Cornwall and Devon. This temp-to-perm role offers 37.5 hours weekly and £14 per hour with potential car allowance.

Qualifications

• Previous door-to-door sales experience preferred, though similar field sales experience will be considered.
• Good knowledge of Cornwall and Devon.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to a reliable car.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and able to work independently.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round, with extensive walking.
• Available for full-time work (37.5 hours per week). Part-time applications cannot be considered.

Location: Cornwall & Devon
Salary: £14.00
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Between 10am and 7pm
Contract: Temporary to permanent

We are looking for two confident, motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Agents to promote and sell broadband services to residential customers across Cornwall and Devon.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous door-to-door sales experience or a similar customer-facing field sales background.

About You

• Previous door-to-door sales experience is preferred, although similar field sales experience, such as solar PV, will also be considered.
• Good knowledge of Cornwall and Devon.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to a reliable car.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently.
• Confident using mobile applications and digital systems.
• Happy to work outdoors throughout the year, involving extensive walking in all weather conditions.
• Available for full-time work (37.5 hours per week). Part-time applications cannot be considered.

Salary and Benefits

• £28,500 per annum after 3 months
• Fuel allowance provided for business travel.
• Potential car allowance once a permanent position is secured, subject to the relevant policy.
• Initial three-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
