Job summary

Cornwall Staff Agency Ltd invites two confident Field Sales Agents to promote broadband services to residential customers across Cornwall and Devon. This is a hands-on role with outdoor work and requires a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

You will work 37.5 hours per week between 10am and 7pm, with a temporary contract that can become permanent. You'll build rapport, handle objections, and achieve sales targets while managing your own daily schedule using mobile apps and digital

We are looking for two confident, motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Agents to promote and sell broadband services to residential customers across Cornwall and Devon.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous door-to-door sales experience or a similar customer-facing field sales background.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach residential customers and promote broadband services.
• Build rapport with customers and confidently explain products.
• Handle objections and work towards sales targets.
• Manage your own daily schedule and activity across different locations.
• Maintain accurate customer records using mobile applications and digital systems.

About You

• Previous door-to-door sales experience is preferred, although similar field sales experience, such as solar PV, will also be considered.
• Good knowledge of Cornwall and Devon.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to a reliable car.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently.
• Confident using mobile applications and digital systems.
• Happy to work outdoors throughout the year, involving extensive walking in all weather conditions.
• Available for full-time work (37.5 hours per week). Part-time applications cannot be considered.

Salary and Benefits

• £28,500 per annum after 3 months
• Fuel allowance provided for business travel.
• Potential car allowance once a permanent position is secured, subject to the relevant policy.
• Initial three-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
