Job summary

Cornwall Staff Agency Ltd in Cornwall is seeking two Field Sales Agents to promote and sell broadband services to residential customers across Cornwall and Devon. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a temporary-to-permanent contract.

Candidates with door-to-door or other field sales experience, a valid driving licence, and a readiness to work outdoors year-round are encouraged to apply. The salary starts at £28,500 per year after a three-month probation, with potential car allowance.

We are looking for two confident, motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Agents to promote and sell broadband services to residential customers across Cornwall and Devon.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous door-to-door sales experience or a similar customer-facing field sales background.

• Build rapport with customers and confidently explain products.

• Manage your own daily schedule and activity across different locations.
• Maintain accurate customer records using mobile applications and digital systems.

About You

• Previous door-to-door sales experience is preferred, although similar field sales experience, such as solar PV, will also be considered.
• Good knowledge of Cornwall and Devon.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to a reliable car.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently.
• Confident using mobile applications and digital systems.
• Happy to work outdoors throughout the year, involving extensive walking in all weather conditions.
• Available for full-time work (37.5 hours per week). Part-time applications cannot be considered.

Salary and Benefits

• £28,500 per annum after 3 months
