Job summary

Cornwall Staff Agency Ltd is seeking two confident Field Sales Agents to promote and sell broadband services to residential customers across Cornwall and Devon. This role suits those with door-to-door or similar field sales experience and a full, valid driving licence is essential.

You will work outdoors, maintain customer records via mobile apps, and manage your own schedule across multiple locations, with a 37.5-hour week and a temporary-to-permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Door-to-door sales experience preferred; similar field sales experience considered.
• Good knowledge of Cornwall and Devon.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to a reliable car.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and capable of working independently.
• Confident using mobile apps and digital systems.
• Happy to work outdoors year-round in all weather.
• Available for full-time work (37.5 hours per week). Part-time applications cannot be considered.

Salary: £14.00
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Between 10am and 7pm
Contract: Temporary to permanent

About You

• Previous door-to-door sales experience is preferred, although similar field sales experience, such as solar PV, will also be considered.
• Good knowledge of Cornwall and Devon.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to a reliable car.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently.
• Confident using mobile applications and digital systems.
• Happy to work outdoors throughout the year, involving extensive walking in all weather conditions.
• Available for full-time work (37.5 hours per week). Part-time applications cannot be considered.

Salary and Benefits

• £28,500 per annum after 3 months
• Fuel allowance provided for business travel.
• Potential car allowance once a permanent position is secured, subject to the relevant policy.
• Initial three-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
