Job summary

EE Limited in North Tyneside or Gosforth contact centre is seeking a friendly sales advisor to join a lively team. You will take incoming calls from EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through EE products to find the perfect match.

You should be outgoing with strong listening skills and fluent communication. Although targets exist, uncapped commission and generous benefits support growth at EE and BT, with flexible hours to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic person with good communication skills.
• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Fluent speaking ability and active listening for customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from EE customers to identify best deals on phones and broadband.
• Explain and navigate EE products to customers and match them with suitable solutions.

You'll join a lively sales team in our North Tyneside OR Gosforth contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell. You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
