Job summary

EE in Truro is seeking a Sales Advisor for our contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from EE customers and help them find the best phone and broadband deals, guiding them through our range of tech products.

We value great listeners and fluent talkers who can match customers with the right product. This part-time, 20-hour shifts role offers the chance to earn uncapped commissions and enjoy strong benefits.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
