Job summary

EE Tyneisde in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our contact centre. You will take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, while guiding them through our range of tech products.

The role offers a permanent full-time contract with a starting salary of £26,116, rising to £26,738 after eight months, plus incentives and bonuses. We value outgoing, energetic team players who love talking to people.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
