EE’s North Tyneside/Newcastle contact centre is hiring a Sales Advisor to join our team. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, while guiding them through our range of tech products.

We value great listening and fluent conversation, with uncapped commission and generous benefits. Start date January 2027, full-time permanent with a two-week rotation of 12-hour shifts, Newcastle area.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is desirable.
• Able to listen and tailor recommendations to customers.
• Willingness to work shifts including evenings/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Take incoming calls from EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Explain products and help customers navigate EE's offerings.
