Job summary

EE in Newcastle is seeking a Sales Advisor to take incoming calls from EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband. You’ll join a lively contact centre team and match customers with the perfect product while delivering excellent service.

The role offers permanent full-time work from January 2027, with two-week shift rotations. There is uncapped commission and a strong benefits package including 24/7 GP and discounts.

Qualifications

• You will take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband.
• You need to be a great listener and fluent speaker, matching customers with the right product.
• No cold calling; calls come in to you and you decide how best to help the customer.

Responsibilities

• Join a lively sales team in our contact centre in the North East and manage customer queries.
• Explain product options, navigate EE offerings and close deals while maintaining service quality.
