Starting January 2027, this full-time permanent role offers clear progression, uncapped commission, and benefits including GP access, parking, and EE product discounts. Shift patterns include 12-hour rotations.

Qualifications

• Be outgoing, energetic and enjoy talking to people.
• Retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
• You’ll join a lively sales team in our contact centre and handle incoming EE customer calls.

Responsibilities

• You’ll take incoming calls from EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• You’ll guide customers through the different tech products EE offers.
