Job summary

EE Merthyr Tydfil contact centre is hiring a friendly sales advisor to join our team. You’ll handle incoming calls from existing EE customers, explaining options and helping customers choose the best deals on phones and broadband.

You’ll be paid a starting salary of £26,116 rising to £26,738 after 8 months, with uncapped commission and a benefits package that includes 24/7 GP, free parking, EE product discounts, flexible hours and clear career progression across EE and BT.

Qualifications

• Must be able to listen actively and talk clearly to customers.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is helpful.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced call centre environment.
