Job summary

EE Merthyr Tydfil is hiring a Sales Advisor for our Merthyr contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.

Training will equip you to be a great listener and fluent speaker, with a friendly, no-pressure approach. Starting salary is £26,116 rising to £26,738 after eight months, plus uncapped commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to listen actively and communicate clearly.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
