Job summary
EE Merthyr Tydfil is hiring a full-time Sales Advisor to join our busy contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, while guiding them through our tech range.
You’ll be supported with training, enjoy uncapped commission and great benefits, and have opportunities to grow within EE and BT, with a flexible leave policy and a sociable team.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or hospitality is helpful.
- Experience dealing with customers.
- Able to explain tech products to customers.
