EE Merthyr Tydfil contact centre is hiring a sales advisor for a full-time role. You’ll join a lively team handling incoming calls from EE customers and helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband.

You’ll need to listen well, be fluent in conversation, and enjoy fixing problems. There are targets to hit, but you’ll work with a sociable, supportive team and have access to strong benefits and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and loves talking to people.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Willing to learn about tech products and deals.
