Job summary

EE Merthyr Tydfil contact centre is recruiting for a full-time sales advisor. You’ll join a lively team and handle incoming calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband while guiding them through our products.

You should be a great listener and fluent speaker who enjoys a competitive environment. The role offers progression within EE and BT, with flexible hours and a benefits package including GP access, free parking and product discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Able to explain tech products to customers clearly.
• Willing to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
