Job summary

Whittard of Chelsea, Swindon, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our store team. You will deliver warm, confident service and help customers discover the perfect brew, from tea to hot chocolate, in a welcoming environment.

We’re looking for energy, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Weekend availability and a minimum of 2 days are required to support our busy trading periods.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth and confidence, helping every visitor discover the perfect brew
• Proactively engage customers, offering tastings and personalised recommendations, even during the busiest periods
• Support the team by managing tills, replenishing stock, and keeping the store looking welcoming and organised
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and a positive atmosphere
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and busy trading times with a can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be great in this role if you have:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable style
• Confidence working under pressure while maintaining excellent service standards
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and busy trading days
