Whittard of Chelsea in Manchester is seeking enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join us for our busiest festive period. You will greet customers, offer tastings, help them discover gifts and treats, and keep the store welcoming and well-stocked.

This seasonal role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and key festive dates. You’ll work at the till, support your team, and help deliver outstanding customer experiences during the Christmas rush.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy retail environments.
• Excellent communication and friendly manner.
• Availability across Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve/Day.

Since 1886, Whittard of Chelsea has been crafting exceptional tea, coffee, and hot chocolate experiences. This Christmas, our store will be buzzing with festive shoppers, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join us for our busiest time of the year.

If you love delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment, this seasonal role is perfect for you.

You’ll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and be available for at least 2 out of the following key dates: Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. We require availability of a minimum of 2 Days.

What We’re Looking For:

You’ll be successful if you:

• Are comfortable working in a busy retail environment
• Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• Stay calm and positive during the peak festive rush
• Are available to work the full Christmas period, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays (availability over the festive period is essential)and be available for at least 2 out of the following key dates: Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
• Enjoy working as part of a supportive team focused on delivering great customer experiences
