Job summary

Whittard of Chelsea in Glasgow is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to join our store team. You will deliver warm, personalised service to help customers discover the perfect brew and delight them with tastings and product recommendations.

You’ll work a flexible schedule, including weekends, with a minimum of 4 days, and support the team with tills, stock replenishment, and maintaining an inviting store environment. Previous retail experience is valued and customer focus is essential.

• Previous experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, approachable style.
• Confident under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends and busy trading days.

You’ll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, key trading days, and during our opening period. We require availability of a minimum of 4 Days.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth and confidence, helping every visitor discover the perfect brew
• Proactively engage customers, offering tastings and personalised recommendations, even during the busiest periods
• Support the team by managing tills, replenishing stock, and keeping the store looking welcoming and organised
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and a positive atmosphere
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and busy trading times with a can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing role
