Job summary

EE is hiring a Sales Advisor in the United Kingdom. The role starts with the office-based setup for 6 months, then moves to a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 from home).

You will drive SME growth by converting inbound/outbound leads, upselling across mobile, connectivity and digital services, and managing a portfolio of SME customers. Ideal candidates will have sales experience, strong communication, CRM proficiency and a coachable mindset, with opportunities to progress and earn through

Qualifications

Experience in a sales environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to sell and build trust.
Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools.
A positive, coachable mindset with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Win and grow business by converting inbound and outbound leads, while upselling and cross-selling mobile, connectivity and digital services.
Manage a portfolio of SME customers, build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and identify needs with outbound activity.
Keep CRM records accurate and follow best practice to progress opportunities.
Work in a target-driven environment to achieve sales KPIs and build a strong pipeline.
