Job summary

Miller Homes Ltd in the South Midlands region, including Milton Keynes, is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor). You will take responsibility for the development sales function, securing the sale of homes and guiding customers through the journey from pre-start to post completion.

As a customer-facing leader, you will meet prospective buyers, maintain the primary contact, present show homes to reflect a strong sales message, and drive high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience of high-performance in a sales role.
• Presentable, customer-facing professional with experience of dealing with customers and providing an exceptional standard of customer service
• Experienced in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues that could affect the development
• Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations and issues, offering solutions with maximum results

Responsibilities

• To manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion

• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process,

We are looking to recruit a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join our fantastic South Midlands region, ideally around the Milton Keynes area. The role will see you take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers. Having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.

Sales Advisor Responsibilities

• To manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion
