Job summary

Bellway is hiring a Sales Advisor to join the East Midlands Division. The role is predominantly site-based, with travel to divisional offices as required, and involves achieving sales targets, guiding customers, and maintaining high standards of show home presentation.

You will work closely with Sales Managers, customers, solicitors and financial advisors to ensure timely contracts and completions while upholding Bellway’s health and safety policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in housebuilding beneficial.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience with property sales and marketing process.
• Experience dealing with customers during home visits.
• Ability to build relationships with property professionals and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and progress reservations.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors, and financial advisors for contracts.
• Present show homes and explain product features.
• Maintain site presentation and CRM records.
• Attend weekly Sales/Site meetings and coordinate with Site Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and industry standards.
