Job summary

EE is seeking a Sales Advisor for part-time hours in Newcastle area. You’ll join a lively contact centre team handling incoming calls from EE customers and helping them find the best phone and broadband deals.

Starting salary is £26,116 with progression to £26,738 after 8 months (pro rata). 20 hours per week, evenings, Monday to Friday. Roles available at EE Gosforth or EE Tyneside locations.

Qualifications

• Be outgoing, full of energy and love talking to people.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is helpful.
• You’ll join a lively sales team and handle incoming calls from EE customers.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from EE customers to help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Assist customers in navigating the different tech products EE sells.
• Listen carefully to match customers with the most suitable product.
