Job summary

EE is seeking a driven Sales Advisor in the Newcastle area to join a lively contact centre team. You’ll take incoming calls from EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through our range of tech products.

A customer-focused mindset and the ability to listen well are essential. Starting salary £26,116 with progression to £26,738 after eight months, plus incentives and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and energetic individuals with customer service mindset.
• Experience in customer service or retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Fluency in speaking with customers and explaining products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Assist customers in navigating the different EE tech products we sell.
• Be an attentive listener and match customers with the most suitable product.
