Customer Sales Advisor - No experience (Immediate starts available)

Our Brighton-based client is seeking ambitious customer sales assistants to join their busy office due to increased client demand. Following a strong start to the year, they are expanding and have new roles available within their sales and customer service team.

• Possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork skills.

Coaching and mentorship in client and customer interaction are provided, so prior experience is not necessary. Comprehensive product training and sales coaching will be offered.

The role offers a flexible schedule, financial bonuses, and incentives to reward hard work and achievement of targets.

Ideal candidates might come from backgrounds such as Sales Representatives, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants and Managers, Salon workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, and Administrators, especially those with high levels of customer service and a strong work ethic.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school, college, university) due to availability requirements. Candidates must be able to work 5 full days per week.
