Customer Sales Advisor - No experience (Immediate starts available)

Our Brighton-based client is seeking ambitious customer sales assistants to join their busy office due to increased client demand. Following a strong start to the year, they are expanding and have new roles available within their sales and customer service team.

If you are a motivated individual with strong communication skills, full-time availability, and eager to grow in a sales and customer service environment, we invite you to apply.

• Possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork skills.
• Have strong English speaking and writing skills, essential for clear communication with customers and clients.

Coaching and mentorship are provided in all aspects of client and customer interaction, so prior experience is not necessary. Comprehensive product training and sales coaching will be given.

Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as Sales Representative, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants, Retail Managers, Salon Workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, and Administrators, especially those with high levels of Customer Service and a strong work ethic.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/college/university) due to availability requirements. Candidates must be able to work 5 full days per week.
