Customer Sales Advisor - No experience (Immediate starts available)

Our Brighton-based client is seeking motivated customer sales assistants to join their busy office due to increased client demand. They are expanding and have new roles available within their sales and customer service team.

If you are a motivated individual with strong communication skills, full-time availability, and eager to grow in a sales and customer service environment, we encourage you to apply.

• Strong English speaking and writing skills are essential for clear communication with customers and clients.

Training and mentorship in client and customer interactions are provided, so prior experience is not necessary. Comprehensive product training and sales coaching will be offered.

The role offers a flexible schedule, financial bonuses, and incentives to reward performance and achievement of targets.

Suitable candidates often come from backgrounds such as Sales, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants and Managers, Salon workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, and Administrators—especially those with high levels of customer service and a strong work ethic.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/college/university) due to availability constraints. Candidates must be able to work 5 full days per week.
