Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to win sales, improve margin, and provide excellent service.
• Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings and be seen as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with other branch areas to meet customer needs.
• Complete all call backs promptly.
• Work with internal teams to understand products and anticipate customer needs.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with customer returns to reduce return rates.
• Utilise business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups.
