Customer Sales Advisor - No experience (Immediate starts available)

Our client in Newcastle is currently seeking ambitious customer sales assistants to join their busy office due to increased client demand. Following a strong start to the year, they are looking to continue their expansion and have new roles available within their sales and customer service team.

If you’re a motivated individual with strong communication skills, full-time availability, and a desire to grow in a dynamic sales and customer service environment, our client invites you to apply.

• Possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

They provide coaching for all applicants and offer mentorship in all aspects of client and customer interaction, so a lack of prior experience will not be a disadvantage. Comprehensive product training and sales coaching will be provided.

Our client offers a flexible schedule, along with financial bonuses and incentives to supplement earnings and reward hard work and the achievement of targets.

While no experience is needed, candidates with backgrounds such as Sales Representatives, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants, Retail Managers, Salon Workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, and Administrators, who possess high levels of Customer Service and a strong work ethic, tend to excel in this self-employed role.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/college/university), due to availability requirements. Our client is seeking candidates who can work 5 full days per week.
