Radius is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team in Crewe. You will engage with potential customers through outbound calls, explain Radius products, and guide conversations toward closing sales. The role requires clear communication and a proactive approach to meeting quotas.

You will operate in a fast-growing, agile environment with a focus on customer growth and ongoing relationship development, while enjoying company benefits and a supportive team culture.

Formación

• Good communication skills and telephone manner
• Driven to meet and exceed targets
• Flexible and willing to adapt to new ways of working
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel)

Responsabilidades

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Radius products or services using pre-determined sales scripts
• Answer questions about products or Radius as a business
• Drive conversations to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Keep internal communications up to date and well informed
• Use initiative to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
