Radius is hiring a Sales Advisor to help customers identify needs and present tailored solutions. You will explain features, perform online demonstrations when required, and drive revenue from both existing customers and new prospects.

The role includes a comprehensive two‑week induction, ongoing weekly training, and a clear path for progression within a fast‑growing, supportive team. Salary is £26,000 with uncapped commission and attractive holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications skills; confident and detail oriented.
• Self-motivated and able to follow a daily target-driven structure.
• Adapt well to a changing environment and work under pressure.
• Must be computer literate with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Experience with outbound sales in a call centre or similar.

Responsibilities

• Speak to customers to understand needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Explain features/benefits and perform online screen sharing demos as needed.
• Generate revenue from existing fuel card customers and new prospects.
• Follow up on internal and website leads.
• Provide after-sales service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Obtain additional orders or referrals from current customers.
• Take orders and organize installations.
