Range & Country Shooting Supplies Ltd is hiring for a sales advisor and delivery driver in a hybrid role based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, with deliveries across England and Wales. The position requires 35–40 hours weekly and weekend availability.

You will assist customers in-store, handle calls and emails, and manage order processing and deliveries. The role includes planning routes, organizing stock, and representing the company professionally during deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of driving experience with a clean driving license.
• Strong literacy, numeracy, and phone communication skills.
• Retail and/or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of shooting and airguns beneficial, but willingness to learn required.
• Ability to pass police background checks for inclusion on the company's Registered Firearms Dealer Certificate (clean criminal record required)

Responsabilités

Description of role

The role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting customers in-store, handling telephone inquiries, and processing orders. Additional responsibilities include undertaking weekly or fortnightly deliveries across England and Wales to fulfil online orders. Duties include:

• Serving customers and providing product advice
• Managing telephone and email inquiries
• Picking and checking online orders, including air weapon quality control
• Receiving and organizing new stock deliveries
• Planning delivery routes, contacting customers, and ensuring smooth deliveries
• Representing the company professionally during deliveries and assisting customers as needed

Place of work

Hybrid role based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, with travel across England and Wales for deliveries
