Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to join our Wolverhampton branch. You will support the branch by delivering exceptional customer service, answering queries, and driving sales through effective product promotions.

You will build customer relationships, work with the sales team on promotions, liaise with the Distribution Co-ordinator on deliveries, and develop product knowledge through internal materials and e-learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales and/or customer service, in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Answer telephone and electronic queries; promote products and promotions.
• Fully satisfy customer needs regarding part orders, queries or returns.
• Contribute to a positive team performance and personal sales targets.
• Liaise with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements are met.
• Develop knowledge of products through internal literature and studies.
