Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to support a busy branch by delivering excellent customer service and driving sales. You will engage with customers, answer queries and promote product promotions to hit branch targets.

You'll join a dynamic team with opportunities to develop product knowledge and improve performance through on-the-job training and e-learning. This role offers a structured environment with bonus potential and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised with great attention to detail.
• Customer focussed and target-driven.
• Able to handle rejection and learn quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques.
• Work within the sales team on product promotions by answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries.
• Fully satisfy customer needs in respect of any part orders, requests or queries they may have.
• Contribute to a positive team performance whilst working on personal benchmarks to optimise personal performance and promote sales products.
• Liaise with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements to customers are met.
• Develop knowledge of products through study of internal literature.
• Use E-learning portal to improve performance.
