GSF Car Parts in the United Kingdom is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to join our branch and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service. You will handle telephone and online queries, promote promotions, and work with the team to meet branch targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Organised with great attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with a can-do attitude.
• Target-driven and able to handle rejection; keen to learn and develop.
• Team player but also able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Answer telephone queries and electronic queries to promote promotions.
• Fully satisfy customer needs for parts orders and queries.
• Contribute to a positive team performance while meeting personal sales benchmarks.
• Liaise with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements are met.
• Develop knowledge of products through study of internal literature.
• Use E-learning portal to improve performance.
