Job summary

Seasalt is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor for our Kendal shop. You will deliver exceptional service, share knowledge of products, and help create a memorable shopping experience for every customer. You will contribute to in-store sales and support online orders as needed.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.10, 31 days’ annual leave (FTE), uniform allowance, and a generous benefits package including employee discounts, health plan and pension contributions.

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Part Time Sales Advisor on a 8 permanent contract to join the team in our beautiful shop in Kendal.

You’ll Help Us By

• Delivering an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services
• Recommending additional services and solutions to our customers to drive sales and gather customer data
• Actively driving sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting with the processing of online orders
• Having a first point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seeking out solutions for the benefit of the customer
• Supporting the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement
• Helping with implementing store visual merchandising, windows standards and guidelines and utilising all product, categories, and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store
• Having a flexible approach to your work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as management of stock, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards amongst others
