Job summary

Seasalt Cornwall in Woodbridge is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor on a 12-hour permanent contract. You will deliver inspiring service, demonstrate product knowledge and support the store team to create a memorable shopping experience.

You will drive sales across channels, assist with online orders and merchandising, and maintain stock, safety and store standards. Competitive hourly rate £13.10 and a range of benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional and inspiring service with knowledge of our brand and products.
• Recommending additional services to drive sales and capture customer data.
• Driving sales across channels by introducing customers to Seasalt online and processing online orders.
• Providing first point resolution for customer issues and seeking solutions for the customer benefit.
• Supporting Store Manager to drive store sales, profitability and KPI attainment.
• Assisting with visual merchandising, window standards and using product and bestseller data to maximise opportunities.
• Participating in operational tasks like stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety.

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Part Time Sales Advisor on a 12 hour permanent contract to join the team in our beautiful shop in Woodbridge.

You’ll help us by:

• Delivering an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services
• Recommending additional services and solutions to our customers to drive sales and gather customer data
• Actively driving sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting with the processing of online orders
• Having a first point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seeking out solutions for the benefit of the customer
• Supporting the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement
• Helping with implementing store visual merchandising, windows standards and guidelines and utilising all product, categories, and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store
• Having a flexible approach to your work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as management of stock, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards amongst others
