Seasalt Cornwall in Mumbles is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor to join our coastal UK lifestyle brand on a 12 hour temporary contract. You will deliver exceptional customer service, knowledge of our brand, and support store operations to create a memorable shopping experience.

You’ll work with the store team to drive sales, process orders, and maintain visual standards while upholding health and safety. Flexible, customer-focused candidates who enjoy working with people and thrive in a team

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Part Time Sales Advisor on a 12 hour temporary contract to join the team in our beautiful shop in Mumbles.

You’ll help us by:

• Delivering an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services
• Recommending additional services and solutions to our customers to drive sales and gather customer data
• Actively driving sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting with the processing of online orders
• Having a first point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seeking out solutions for the benefit of the customer
• Supporting the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement
• Helping with implementing store visual merchandising, windows standards and guidelines and utilising all product, categories, and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store
• Having a flexible approach to your work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as management of stock, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards amongst others
