Seasalt Cornwall in Oxford is recruiting a Part-Time Sales Advisor on a 12-hour permanent contract to join our shop. You’ll deliver inspiring service with a thorough knowledge of our brand, products and services to every customer.

You’ll help drive sales across channels, assist with online orders, support the Store Manager, and contribute to stock control, loss prevention and store safety. We offer £13.10 per hour, 31 days’ annual leave, uniform allowance, 50% employee discount and a generous

• Delivering an exceptional and inspiring service with thorough knowledge of Seasalt brand, products, design inspiration and services.
• Recommending additional services and solutions to drive sales and gather customer data.
• Actively driving sales across channels by guiding online orders and processing them where needed.
• Handling customer issues with a first point resolution approach and seeking solutions for the customer.
• Supporting the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
• Assisting with stock management, loss prevention, health and safety and store standards.

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Part Time Sales Advisor on a 12 hour permanent contract to join the team in our beautiful shop in Oxford.

You'll help us by:

• Delivering an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services
• Recommending additional services and solutions to our customers to drive sales and gather customer data
• Actively driving sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting with the processing of online orders
• Having a first point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seeking out solutions for the benefit of the customer
• Supporting the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement
• Helping with implementing store visual merchandising, windows standards and guidelines and utilising all product, categories, and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store
• Having a flexible approach to your work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as management of stock, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards amongst others
