Job summary

Seasalt in St Ives is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor on a 12 hour permanent contract. You will be an ambassador for Seasalt, delivering an inspiring service and sharing knowledge of our products, design inspiration and services to every customer.

You’ll help drive store sales across channels, support with online orders, and collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain visual standards, stock and safety. We offer an attractive hourly rate of £13.10, uniform allowance and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service with knowledge of brand, products and services.
• Recommend additional services to drive sales and collect customer data.

• Resolve customer issues with first-point resolution and solutions.
• Support Store Manager to drive sales, profitability and KPIs.
• Assist with visual merchandising, window standards and product guidance.
• Participate in stock management, loss prevention, health & safety and store standards.

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Part Time Sales Advisor on a 12 hour permanent contract to join the team in our beautiful shop in St.Ives.

You’ll Help Us By

• Delivering an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services
• Recommending additional services and solutions to our customers to drive sales and gather customer data
• Actively driving sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting with the processing of online orders
• Having a first point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seeking out solutions for the benefit of the customer
• Supporting the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement
• Helping with implementing store visual merchandising, windows standards and guidelines and utilising all product, categories, and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store
• Having a flexible approach to your work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as management of stock, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards amongst others
