Job summary

Persimmon Homes in Selby, YO8, is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to guide buyers from first inquiry to handover, delivering a high standard of service at our developments.

You'll conduct in-person and virtual viewings, manage the sales process end to end, and collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers while ensuring exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Thursday through to Monday 11am-6pm scheduling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You’ll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.
