Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers to win sales, improve margins, and provide excellent service within the branch.
- Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings and be seen as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with other branch areas to meet customer needs.
- Ensure timely completion of call backs.
- Work with internal teams to understand products and anticipate customer needs.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand customer returns and reduce return rates.
- Utilize business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups.
