Job summary

ProCook is hiring a Sales Advisor for our Watford store. This part-time role (8 hours per week) focuses on delivering excellent customer service, guiding product selections, and contributing to sales targets through strong product knowledge and engaging interactions.

You will join a dynamic team, participate in training, and benefit from staff discounts and a supportive workplace culture.

Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our Watford Store! We have a permanent part time contract working 8hrs per week 2 x 4 hour shifts expected working pattern to be Saturday, Sunday and some weekday availability is needed.
